SCCP is located in North-Coastal San Diego, just east of Torrey Pines State Beach just south of the 5 and 805 merge.
We are an independently owned company with a wonderful staff that has extensive experience within the areas of retail pharmacy, inpateint/outpatient hospital, and pharmacy compounding.
Our facility was designed, built and is operated under current and future California state BOP and federal USP 797/795 compounding laws. All medications produced from the pharmacy are made and dispensed under these same guidelines. All products used in the compounding of medications are of the highest quality standards and are procured form the most reputable resources in the nation.
Once a medication compound has been completed a sample is sent out for product testing as directed by state and federal law. This sample being tested by a independent nationally accredited laboratory, will be assessed for: Product identification, potency, purity, and product expiration. These tests are performed to ensure public safety and product reliability. Compounding pharmacists value their patients’ welfare above all else.
That’s why we will always go above and beyond what is required of us to provide physicians and their patients with the safest, most accurately prepared medications available. With that being said SCCP supports our local state BOP and USP compounding guidelines. In addition to compounding law and operating with in the patient, doctor, pharmacy triad, gives us the support and ability to service the community in the best way possible.
